The best ideas...

Soon after my big problem-solving blog post, I came across this little ditty from a City of Toronto lesson plan, describing the decision-making process surrounding bike safety for children.

I was amused with the simplicity of this process.

That is a great IDEA!

I Identify the problem
D Describe all the possible solutions to the problem
E Evaluate each solution (what is good or not good about each solution)
A Act on the best solution (choose the best solution and try it)
