Nicholas was appaled to find that when I cooked for myself in London, I existed on mostly salads: a plain steamed chicken breast plopped on a bagged salad.
So he jazzed that up with a maple ginger sesame chicken sauty atop a spinich-pepper-grape salad, topped with a soft egg.
It was delish! We couldn't eat it all so there's a tupperware container with one helping left sitting in the fridge. It's been there for almost a week now and I can't bring myself to throw it out as it was soooo good.
I'm a gal on the move, looking for ways to combine what I love doing with how I want to live my life - with the ones I love, in the city I love, doing the things I love... yeah, and just generally being happy!
